Socialface launched in 2011 as one of Australia’s first dedicated social media agencies, back when most businesses did not even have a Facebook Page.
It started with a project for a major publisher, setting up accounts for more than 50 of their brands. What began as a short-term sales support role revealed something bigger: businesses needed help going digital, and no one was doing it. Within 48 hours of testing the idea, two businesses signed on and Socialface was born.
